Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises; the facility is equipped with smoke and gas detection systems as well as a fire protection system. Activation of the fire protection system results in the immediate shutdown of all energy sources in the facility, and the intervention of a specialized technician is required to reactivate the systems. To avoid inconvenience and false alarms, please smoke only in the designated outdoor area.

The manager may access the rooms, if vacant, for daily cleaning if the same is agreed upon as a service in the agreed-upon rent. If the rooms are occupied during the cleaning hours, from 10:00 to 13:00, daily room cleaning will not be performed. For stays longer than 6 days, a free change of sheets and pillowcases is provided. However, the guest may request a sheet change for their needs with reduced timeframes and be charged €20.00 if the change occurs before 6 days

Rooms are available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure (guests can leave their luggage with the manager). Check-in must be done by 6:00 PM: It is advisable to communicate the estimated time of arrival. If check-in occurs after 6:00 PM, it will be done via self-check-in. Please note that no refunds are provided in case of early departure.

The guest upon arrival is required to present a valid identification document for registration according to current legal provisions. The provided data will be processed in compliance with confidentiality and security obligations regulated by current legislation, will be used exclusively for purposes related to the activity, and will not be disclosed to external persons or entities.

It is not allowed to introduce into the premises individuals whose identity documents have not been registered and without the consent of the Management.

There is NO possibility to accommodate animals of any size. Violation of this rule results in immediate termination of the contract, with no refund of the amounts paid.

Breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Gran Caffè Marona located at Via Domiziana No. 324-326, in Mondragone, approximately 100 meters from the property (in case of special needs, the time must be communicated to the Management in advance; it is possible, with prior agreement with the Management, to have breakfast at the property).

Please remember that there are specific bins and sanitary bags provided.””Waste sorting is carried out in the facility.””It is forbidden to walk around wearing clothes that could offend others’ modesty. According to the current municipal ordinance of the Municipality of Mondragone, it is prohibited to walk in common areas, lean out from balconies, and walk shirtless; such behavior is sanctioned by the current rules.”

”The guest is required to compensate for damages caused to the property and for the improper use of additional facilities.Total silence must be observed from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM and from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. In any case, behavior must be maintained that does not disturb the tranquility of others at any time of the day.”

Guests are invited to watch over their belongings as Domus Marina Management is not responsible for their custody. For this purpose, each bedroom is equipped with a safe with a numerical combination. Guests are invited to close the pedestrian gate, the front door, and to take care of the keys. The facilities are activated exclusively with the key provided at check-in. Guests must return the keys before departure. Any loss of house keys will result in the corresponding charge for canceling the lost key and reprogramming the access control unit (cost 75€).

Domus Marina provides its guests with a parking lot within the facility. Each booked apartment is entitled to park one vehicle only; parking of vans, trailers, carts, and similar vehicles is not allowed. The management is not responsible for damages or thefts to parked cars, as the parking lot is not supervised.
